Our History
Our history begins with Edward F. Holland, Jr starting a construction business located in Wakefield, RI in 1983. Ed possesses construction knowledge extending over twenty years of being in the field from conception through completion on many projects. That business is now owned and operated by Tracy R Mercier-Holland of Fall river, MA.
Tracy took over ownership of all assets and accounts under the name Mercier Corporation, in honor of her mother and brother. Keeping her past alive and an active reminder is important in her daily life. Tracy also has a degree in business and development. The collaborative effort of Ed and Tracy, makes for a well operated organization, with strong business savvy and construction protocol. Our company boast an educated, well trained field workforce and determined logistical office team. We have been servicing Southern Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and now New Hampshire for over 26 years.
